Were hiring: Account Manager (DACH Region) Based in Estonia

Fractory is transforming how manufacturing gets done and as we expand to DACH regions were looking for our first Account Managers who are ready to help us break into a new high-potential market.

This is a rare opportunity to join early build the foundation and shape how we grow in Denmark from day one.

Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment builds strong customer relationships and knows how to uncover opportunities others miss. Youll work with engineering clients drive outbound sales and collaborate closely with our technical and commercial teams to keep deals moving and value high.

Our productmarket fit is strong. Now we need someone who takes ownership and pushes growth in a new country. If youre driven by targets and excited to build something from the ground up this role is for you.

Youll love this if you

  • Are a German speaker based in Estonia (or planning to relocate) fluent German and English is a must.

  • Have experience in outbound sales and growing revenue (not just maintaining it)

  • Bring basic engineering or manufacturing understanding or are eager to learn fast

  • Like structure but move fast think practically and dont overanalyze

  • Are excited about building something new in an innovative growing company

  • Can work from our Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week

Bonus points if you:

Have worked in manufacturing mechanical engineering or 3D tech

Have experience at a startup or industrial sales platform

Speak Estonian or have basic knowledge

What youll do:

Youll be the go-to contact for your accounts from finding new business to supporting existing customers and making sure their orders are delivered successfully. Youll work closely with our Project Engineers and operations team to make it all happen.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Hitting monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Prospecting outbound via calls emails and social selling

  • Building strong long-term client relationships including site visits when needed

  • Managing the full account lifecycle: onboarding upselling issue resolution

  • Collaborating closely with Project Engineers and Estimators

  • Acting fast and practically to keep deals moving

  • Handling payment terms disputes and flexible payment plans

  • Keeping CRM (Salesforce) and Fractory platform clean and up to date

  • Understanding customer buying patterns and finding new ways to grow value
