Job Summary
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop process flows use cases and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Create test plans test scenarios and detailed test cases based on requirements.
- Execute functional integration and regression testing; log and track defects.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers project managers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist with system demonstrations training materials and production validation.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst (3 years) - Please note candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3 years) - Please note candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
- Azure DevOps Knowledge or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3years)
- Understanding of BA QA DEV roles/responsibilities
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3 years)
- Experience with creating product roadmap (3 years)
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3 years)
- Adept with using BA tools (e.g. FIGMA Visio) (3 years)
