Job Summary
Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators guiding them through agile delivery models while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.

Lead technical design sessions architect end-to-end solutions and collaborate closely with business stakeholders product owners and QA teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures and produce clear detailed technical documentation.

Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce declarative features.

Oversee and guide the development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs web services and point-to-point integration approaches.

Maintain high code quality standards optimize performance and scalability and enforce Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement.

Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce security sharing rules and data modeling principles while leading scrum teams by managing sprints backlogs and developer tasks.
