Demonstrates the Viant Authority:Under close supervision performs entry-level duties as assigned. Work is reviewed for overall adequacy and Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions:May assist in distributing documents to controlled in Inputting training data into electronic in maintaining electronic file storage for controlled documents as in maintaining distribution log for released documents as clerical duties such as scanning filing and assists in maintaining Point of Use in the final release of product process when all QA files when needed and stores in and adheres to job include other duties as assigned or requested by Senior Quality Systems and Education:High school diploma or equivalent is of medical device quality system requirements is Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years related experience with preference in the medical device industry experience in a quality computer skills basic knowledge in Microsoft and Competencies:Ability to consistently perform defined steps in a complex strong written and oral communications skills sufficient to speak attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks Used:Standard office Requirements:Light physical activity performing non-strenuous day-to-day activities of a primarily administrative nature. Moderate lifting/carrying of to 20 lbs. bending and prolonged works in a well-lighted air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
