Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Portfolio Analyst with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to support complex initiatives within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise strategic thinking and leadership skills to manage projects and drive financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to financial systems reporting and process improvements
- Perform financial analysis including consolidations and reporting across multiple locations
- Support ERP system implementation and enhancements
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive project outcomes
- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Manage timelines priorities and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in multinational organizations
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and system implementations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience working in multi-location environments
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Big 4 public accounting firms
- Prior managerial or leadership experience
