The Opportunity
As VP of Marketing you will be Teals most senior marketing leader owning the story the strategy the data and the execution. You will partner closely with Sales Product and Executive leadership to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness utilizing data to make decision at every step. Responsibilities

Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution including Events Product Marketing Demand Generation Content Public Relations Analyst Relations Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing.
Refine and articulate Teals positioning and messaging across the Physical AI and IoT ecosystem translating complex and highly differentiated technical capabilities into narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.
Build mentor and scale a high-performing marketing and business development team that delivers repeatable high-volume pipeline through a balanced mix of earned owned and paid channels.
Design and execute go-to-market plans that directly contribute to pipeline revenue and customer expansion - with clear measurable ROI at every stage.
Continuously evaluate competitive dynamics and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities and sharpen Tealsbrand differentiation.
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Product ensuring tight alignment on messaging enablement materials and campaign priorities.
This is a public facing roll up your sleeves role! Our VP of Marketing should be a highly visible thought leader that is comfortable attending conferences events podcasts webinars panels etc.

Requirements

10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a significant track record at enterprise software startups Physical AI connected ecosystemor high-growth technology companies.
A leadership style rooted in ownership metrics-driven outcomes utilizingdata for decision making and a bias for action
Strong storytellingfoundation with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear compelling stories for customers salespeople partners and analysts.
Demonstrated success scaling a marketing organization through rapid growth.
Deep familiarity with the Physical AI and connected ecosystem; experience with telecommunications or eSIM a plus.

Compensation: This hire will receive a base salary DOE.Must be located in Seattle-Metro and willing to travel in-person to Teals Kirkland WA office at least 2 days per week.Required to travel for in-person events and conferences at least 1x per month.
