System Technician
What were looking for:
An experienced electronic security installation technician to join our fast growing and dynamic team.
What youll be doing:
- Physically installing Field cabling and field equipment
- Some System programming
- Project activation and commissioning
*Some travel may be required.
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with installing and maintaining:
- Electronic access control systems.
- IP-Based video management systems
- Networking and IT knowledge.
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
- Superior problem solving and communication skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarization with local electronic security codes and industry standards.
- Understanding and ability to work safely in a chemical plant environment.
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook Work Excel Etc.
Preferred
- Access Control System Vendor Certifications in Software House Genetec ProWatch and/or Lenel or similar.
- Video Management System Vendor Certifications in Genetec OnSSI MaxPro and/or Milestone or similar.
- Intrusion Detection System Vendor Certifications in Senstar/Optellios and/or FFT.
- Experience in computer operating systems network design and implementation.
- TWIC Cardholder.
