Front Office Assistant Manager
Job Summary
Royal on the Park is an independently owned and managed hotel with 153 elegantly appointed rooms and suites an award-winning restaurant & lounge bar and event facilities with the capacity to host up to 700 people. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office Department.
The Role:
Whilst ensuring all aspects of the day-to-day hotel operations run without a hitch your role is to ensure our guests receive a positive hospitality experience and our talented Front Office team continues to thrive under your strong leadership.

- You have a passion for exceeding guest satisfaction
- You have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve guest feedback
- You excel at working in a fast-paced environment ensuring you dot every I and cross every T
- You are a natural leader committed to mentoring junior members of the team
- Available to work a 7-day roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Youve done this before and you like it!
