Being in the forefront

The Team Lead - Talent Acquisition Services is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team. Youll be leading a team supporting recruiters with new hire paperwork initiating and adjudicating background checks and drug screenings. The goal is to guarantee each new hire has a first-class on-boarding experience by ensuring their accurate set-up timely completion of their I-9 and the receipt of their first pay check.

Having the know-how

Youll need to be the go-to person; from the job posting process; through hiring and on-boarding; by educating employees HR partners and managers on company/local policies and procedures. As an expert youll be able to anticipate next level questions and escalate appropriately. Youll get the chance to work in a fast-paced innovative environment where everyone balances client needs HR tasks and project deadlines.

Being a trailblazer and breaking new ground

As a part of this team youll need to operate across multiple HR platforms and develop innovate ways to enhance our on-boarding spite of this high volume of work the team needs to be open to new opportunities to enhance the service we provide and take an active role in rooting out improvements that can be made.

Education and experience

A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Also at least two years of experience in leading corporate HR generalists or recruiting coordinators is preferred.

Excellent communication skills are important both written and spoken and well expect you to work independently multi-task and manage your time to meet deadlines. Most importantly youll want to work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team.
