The Opportunity - Senior Finance Business Partner

Role Location - Please note this role is based in DUBLIN

We are excited to present a compelling chance to become part of our Customer Experience Orchestration FP&A group. As our growth accelerates we seek a finance leader capable of turning intricate data into straightforward practical insights that guide senior leadership choices.

This is a newly developed role. Youll partner directly with senior leaders across four continents driving performance management investment decisions and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in building scalable standardized financial processes that improve visibility and decision-making across regions.

What Youll Do:

• Manage the P&L across several international functions providing actionable insights that guide multi-million dollar investment and cost optimization decisions.

• Partner with Customer Success leadership to optimize retention renewals and capacity planning driving improved efficiency and revenue outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end financial evaluation of strategic investments including headcount and tooling with clear return on investment tracking and accountability.

• Manage executive-level reporting providing clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior collaborators.

• Act as a strategic finance partner on key initiatives crafting decisions and ensuring strong financial outcomes.

• Proactively identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities translating them into clear data-driven recommendations.

• Influence cross-functional collaborators to drive accountability and improve financial performance across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex global cost structures across large distributed teams (1000 FTEs).

• Significant FP&A experience with ownership of forecasting reporting and business partnering in complex environments.

• ACA or CFA.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment ideally supporting customer success or professional services organizations.

• Experience with Power BI SQL or Python for financial analysis; Anaplan or similar planning tools.

• Demonstrated interest in bringing to bear AI and automation to streamline financial processes and improve insight generation.
