Profile:Operations Executive-Logistics-Ahmedabad-3 LPA

Experience:

1-3 years in:

• Logistics / Supply Chain
• E-commerce / Quick Commerce
• Last-mile delivery operations (preferred)

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations at the hub and city level.

Coordinate with riders to ensure attendance shift adherence and timely punch-ins/outs in the system.

Support fleet availability basic vehicle tracking and utilization monitoring.

Execute daily operational tasks through the company app and internal systems.

Coordinate with city teams including Fleet Recruitment and Operations for smooth execution.

Maintain daily reports and share updates with senior management.

Monitor and support achievement of daily Weekly and Monthly targets and KPIs.

Address rider queries and escalate issues to senior team members when required.

Maintain records of operational data including attendance deliveries and performance metrics.

Support training and onboarding of new riders.

Ensure adherence to SOPs policies and operational guidelines.

Monitor hub-level metrics such as productivity TAT and delivery efficiency.

Coordinate with tech/support teams for resolving app or device-related issues.

Coordinate with fleet team to address and resolve issues related to Vehicles.

Ensure safety cleanliness and discipline at the hub.

Assist in route planning and cluster allocation for efficient deliveries.

Support in rider payouts audits of rider documentation and fleet condition.

Assist in recruitment drives and onboarding during scale-ups.

Report any operational issues delays or discrepancies to the reporting manager.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
• Preferred: Background in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain
