• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars
• Create engaging content for Instagram Facebook and other platforms (posts reels stories)
• Capture in-studio photos and videos of workouts members and events
• Monitor comments and messages; engage with followers in a timely and brand-aligned manner

• Design graphics captions and promotional materials aligned with Orangetheory branding
• Highlight member success stories coach spotlights and studio culture
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional messaging

• Support planning and execution of in-studio events challenges and partnerships
• Help build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
• Attend events to capture content and promote studio initiatives

• Track and report on social media performance metrics
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts (flyers partnerships outreach)
• Brainstorm creative campaigns to drive memberships and retention

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
• Strong interest in social media branding and content creation
• Familiarity with Instagram Facebook and short-form video platforms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva Adobe etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Energetic positive and comfortable in a fitness studio environment

• Hands-on experience managing real brand social media accounts
• Exposure to local marketing strategy and event execution

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
