An exciting high-growth tech startup is seeking a Workplace Manager to own and elevate the in-office experience during a pivotal stage of growth. The Day-to-Day:

• Lead end-to-end office moves and buildouts partnering with vendors contractors and leadership to bring new spaces to life
• Oversee daily workplace operations ensuring a polished efficient and welcoming environment
• Manage vendor relationships budgets and facilities processes with a strong eye for detail
• Drive workplace strategy optimizing space planning and employee experience as the company scales
• Support internal events team gatherings and culture-building initiatives

Must-Have Experience:

• Proven experience managing office moves and buildouts from planning through execution
• Background in high-growth tech or fast-paced environments
• Strong vendor management and operational leadership skills
