An exciting high-growth tech startup is seeking a Workplace Manager to own and elevate the in-office experience during a pivotal stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to step in as a foundational operator leading office moves and buildouts while creating a seamless high-functioning environment for a dynamic and scaling team. The Day-to-Day:
- Lead end-to-end office moves and buildouts partnering with vendors contractors and leadership to bring new spaces to life
- Oversee daily workplace operations ensuring a polished efficient and welcoming environment
- Manage vendor relationships budgets and facilities processes with a strong eye for detail
- Drive workplace strategy optimizing space planning and employee experience as the company scales
- Support internal events team gatherings and culture-building initiatives
Must-Have Experience:
- Proven experience managing office moves and buildouts from planning through execution
- Background in high-growth tech or fast-paced environments
- Strong vendor management and operational leadership skills
