This is a part time position working 20-25 hours Monday-Thursday.
In this role you will:
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefit problem resolution including vendor coordination and benefit site administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hire benefit enrollments.
- Coordinate and ensure all midyear benefit changes are handled effectively and according to plan requirements.
- Assist with open enrollment planning build out and execution.
- Provide recommendations for benefit program communications and process flows with a focus on excellent associate experience.
- Ensure all documentation concerning employee benefit plans is complete updated accessible and in compliance with various regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for parental leaves and related benefit offerings.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping within HRIS for benefit enrollments and paid time off programs.
- Manage ACA status indicators and assist with review of annual healthcare reporting forms.
- Process medical child support orders and other benefit related paperwork.
- Ensure accurate COBRA compliance.
- Assist with recognition efforts and compliance related projects as needed.
- Provide backup support to other Total Rewards team members where appropriate.
You should have:
- 1-3 years of experience providing Human Resources support preferably in a for-profit organization with multiple locations in multiple states.
- Prior experience working with HR Software.
- Prior experience with transactional Human Resources support and maintaining employee records.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
- PHR SHRM-CP and/or CEBS certification.
- Prior experience supporting benefit programs.
- Prior experience working in ADP
