What Youll Do
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate daily priorities
Prepare reports presentations and executive communications
Coordinate travel expenses and logistics
Support Board meetings (materials minutes follow-ups)
Maintain office organization and efficient administrative processes
Conduct research on industry trends and grant opportunities
Assist with tenant and landlord coordination
Manage office supplies software inventory and vendors
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate data
Handle incoming communications and distribute as needed
Provide meeting support and respond to internal requests
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What You Bring
Associates or Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
3 years supporting executives or senior leadership
Strong organization time management and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience
Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
