West Franklin High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our coaching staff as an Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. Located just a short drive from Kansas City Lawrence and Topeka our district is committed to providing a strong athletic program and we are looking for a coach who can help continue the growth and success of our football team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coaching and mentoring student-athletes in the sport of football.
- Help develop and implement practice plans game strategies and team goals.
- Foster a positive disciplined and supportive environment for student-athletes.
- Promote teamwork sportsmanship and personal development both on and off the field.
- Assist in organizing and managing team events practices and games.
- Engage with the school community and support extracurricular activities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary in accordance with the negotiated agreement supplemental salary schedule.
