Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: Jefferson City MO
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to support Child Support Case Initiation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring work quality supporting staff performance and helping maintain compliance with project standards and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance based on quality standards and contractual requirements
• Monitor work for accuracy including outgoing mail and case processing
• Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and support corrective actions
• Support the development analysis and distribution of reports and performance metrics
• Stay current on policies and procedures and assist with updates as needed
• Help develop and maintain training materials guides and workflows
• Conduct staff trainings and provide ongoing support
• Assist management in monitoring performance and meeting operational goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative customer service or related roles
• Ability to follow established processes and complete routine assignments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to learn policies and procedures and apply them accurately
