JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours/week) TEMPORARY (3-month position) Non-Union

WHAT YOULL DO:
Create Inspiring Experiences: Plan and lead engaging classroom activities.
Track Progress: Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
Encourage Family Involvement: Partner with parents to inspire active participation.

Support Inclusion: Ensure an inclusive classroom for children with disabilities.

Integrate Wellness: Incorporate health and nutrition activities.

Lead with Confidence: Supervise and guide classroom staff to foster a positive environment.

Promote the Program: Assist with recruitment efforts to connect more families to the Head Start program.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

An AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start).
CPR and First Aid Certification (or the willingness to obtain it).
