Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer to design develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. The role involves building scalable secure and production-ready Gen AI applications integrated with enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gen AI Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs for use cases such as:
  
• Content generation
  
• Summarization
  
• Document processing
  
• Chatbots and copilots
  
• Decision support systems
  
• Implement prompt engineering RAG and model orchestration techniques
  
• Build APIs and services to integrate Gen AI into enterprise applications
  
• Fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific data
  

2. Model & Platform Integration

• Work with Azure OpenAI OpenAI and open-source LLMs (Llama Mistral)
  
• Integrate Gen AI with vector databases enterprise data sources and search platforms
  
• Design scalable AI architecture for inference caching and cost optimization
  
• Deploy AI workloads securely in Azure or hybrid environments
  

3. Data Security & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI privacy and security guidelines
  
• Implement guardrails content filtering and hallucination monitoring
  
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for dataset preparation
  
• Support AI governance audit and compliance requirements
  

4. Performance Testing & Optimization

• Optimize prompts pipelines and model performance for latency and accuracy
  
• Conduct functional integration and performance testing for AI systems
  
• Monitor production models and continuously improve performance
  

5. Collaboration & Leadership

• Translate business requirements into AI architecture and solutions
  
• Provide technical leadership and code reviews
  
• Mentor junior AI engineers
  
• Support PoCs pilots and production AI deployments
  

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

• 810 years software development experience
  
• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM applications
  
• Proficiency in Python and REST API development
  
• Experience with frameworks: LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face (or similar)
  
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or equivalent LLM platforms
  
• Experience integrating AI with databases vector stores and enterprise systems
  

Architecture & Cloud

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure preferred)
  
• Experience with containers serverless and scalable compute
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD DevOps and MLOps practices
  

Professional Skills

• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
  
• Ability to communicate AI concepts to technical and business stakeholders
  
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
