We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing optimizing and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of NetSuite capabilities excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations including requirements gathering solution design system configuration testing and deployment.
- Customize NetSuite workflows scripts dashboards and reports to meet specific client requirements.

Client Engagement and Support:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes objectives and pain points.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users ensuring effective adoption of the NetSuite platform.

- Identify opportunities to enhance NetSuite functionality to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Oversee data migration ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional requirements technical specifications and user guides.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Accounting or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Consultant Administrator or in a similar ERP-focused role.
- Proven experience in NetSuite implementations customizations and integrations.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Consultant Administrator or in a similar ERP-focused role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
- Knowledge of database management and integration tools (e.g. RESTlets SOAP Celigo Dell Boomi).
- Strong understanding of financial modules supply chain CRM and other NetSuite modules.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite Certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation Administrator or ERP Consultant.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing retail or services is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
