Are you passionate about information security governance and helping organizations strengthen their security posture We are looking for two Junior Security Consultants to support information security initiatives within a large public-sector digital transformation environment.

As a Security Consultant ISO you will support Information Security Officers (ISO) and business stakeholders in implementing and improving information security practices governance frameworks and compliance initiatives.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of information security processes and governance

Advise process owners and team leaders on security best practices

Assist in translating security policies into practical controls and procedures

Identify analyze and report information security risks

Support audits compliance reviews and certification initiatives

Contribute to security documentation process optimization and governance reporting

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and business units

ISO 27001 Implementer Auditor or NIS2 Implementer certification

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Consultant in one or more of the following areas:

• Data Security
• Infrastructure Security
• Application Security

Minimum 1 year of experience with ISO 27001

Experience with security management frameworks such as:

• ISO 27000 Series
• NIST
• CIS Critical Security Controls
• COBIT for Security
• OWASP

Knowledge of information security principles governance and risk management

Experience analyzing documenting and improving security processes

Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR C2)

Experience with NIS2 compliance initiatives

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Security certifications such as:

• CISM
• CISSP
• CEH

Long-term engagement with extension possibilities
