ITSM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Analyst/Developer to strengthen our team of Atlassian experts.
You will work in a dynamic environment where Jira Service Management Confluence and Assets are central to supporting ITSM processes and digital service delivery.
You will join the Support Services: ICT team and work across project operations maintenance and incident management.

Job Description
As an ITSM Analyst/Developer you combine functional analysis technical design and development within the Atlassian ecosystem and related integrations.
You translate business needs into scalable solutions through configuration automation and integrations with a focus on quality performance and manageability.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Analysis & Design
Collaborating with business stakeholders service desk and IT teams to clearly define requirements
Drafting functional and technical designs
Translating ITSM processes (incident request change problem ) into concrete solutions
Contributing ideas for process optimization and standardization

Development & Configuration
Configuring and extending Atlassian tooling (Jira JSM Confluence Assets)
Developing automations (Automation Rules Script Runner Forge where relevant)
Implementing integrations via PowerShell REST APIs and event-driven flows
Working with data and reporting (SQL queries dashboards eazyBI or similar)

Testing & Quality
Writing and executing unit tests
Documenting solutions and configurations
Applying best practices and internal IT standards
Monitoring performance and stability

Maintenance & Support
Troubleshooting at the application and data level
Support with incident and problem management
Participation in releases and changes

Collaboration & Governance
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Close collaboration with colleagues and external partners
Communication with service desk project leaders and infrastructure teams
Estimating and planning development activities

Skills
Demonstrable experience as an Atlassian Expert in a similar environment
Demonstrable experience in similar technology
Demonstrable experience with Atlassian Assets Configuration
Demonstrable experience with Atlassian Guard
Demonstrable experience with Confluence Cloud Admin
Demonstrable experience with Jira Software and JSM (Cloud) Configuration Knowledge
Demonstrable experience with Scripting: PowerShell
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required.
Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2.
Demonstrable experience with eazyBI
Demonstrable experience with the implementation / configuration of ITSM processes in similar technology and a similar environment
Demonstrable experience with Script Runner

Should have
Demonstrable experience with Script runner Connect
Demonstrable experience with SQL
Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2.
