The Client Care Specialist position involves entering patient data patient scheduling and payment collection in an EMR system. Candidate must project a warm enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with clients and team members. Candidates should be comfortable explaining health insurance benefits answering phones scheduling and multitasking.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic
- Collect new patient intake information and track referrals
- Manage patient scheduling
- Coordinate evaluations appointment reminders and cancellations
- Verify insurance track covered/non-covered visits and take copayments
- Send paperwork to insurance carriers for coordination of benefits
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
