Job Summary

Hiring a contract Athena IDX Front-End Trainer for a 6 month contract. Must be open to travel possibly up to 50% client site is located in Northern NY.

We are seeking experienced Athena IDX Front-End Trainers to support training initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on delivering end-user training for front-end staff ensuring users are confident in system workflows related to patient access scheduling and registration.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for front-end users on the Athena IDX platform
Train staff on workflows including patient registration scheduling insurance verification and front desk operations
Customize training materials to align with client workflows and system configurations
Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users during and after training sessions
Collaborate with project teams to understand system updates and training needs
Assist in developing and updating training documentation job aids and user guides
Support go-live activities including at-the-elbow support as needed
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness
Ensure training aligns with operational goals and best practices

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Experience delivering training on Athena IDX (also known as GE Centricity Business / IDX)
Strong knowledge of front-end workflows such as scheduling registration and patient access
Experience conducting instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and support end users with varying levels of technical proficiency

Required Skills:
