Job Summary

Hiring a contract Athena IDX Front-End Trainer for a 6 month contract. Must be open to travel possibly up to 50% client site is located in Northern NY.

We are seeking experienced Athena IDX Front-End Trainers to support training initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on delivering end-user training for front-end staff ensuring users are confident in system workflows related to patient access scheduling and registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for front-end users on the Athena IDX platform
  • Train staff on workflows including patient registration scheduling insurance verification and front desk operations
  • Customize training materials to align with client workflows and system configurations
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users during and after training sessions
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand system updates and training needs
  • Assist in developing and updating training documentation job aids and user guides
  • Support go-live activities including at-the-elbow support as needed
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness
  • Ensure training aligns with operational goals and best practices



Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering training on Athena IDX (also known as GE Centricity Business / IDX)
  • Strong knowledge of front-end workflows such as scheduling registration and patient access
  • Experience conducting instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and support end users with varying levels of technical proficiency



Required Skills:
