Job Summary
Job description: H365 partner activation & communications coordinator
Key activities
- Coordinate H365 activations:
- Local activations with H365 partners or relevant communities
- H365 initiatives for Partners
- Other events or activations for H365 partners such as H365 Preview Night & Photo Op
- Execute H365 communications:
- Build and maintain a library of pre-defined templates for recurring H365 comms
- Own and operate country communications calendar across channels ensuring everything goes out on time and to the right segments
- Initiate comms opportunities that contribute to H365 retention (such as product updates and partner spotlights)
- Produce and send local H365 newsletters
- Enable visibility for H365 partners:
- Collect H365 testimonials and content across the APAC region
- Coordinate with H365 Marketing to publish partner visibility across HYROX channels
- Coordinate H365 insights:
- Execute local H365 surveys
Key KPIs
- Activations:
- Activations delivered on time vs plan
- Activation execution quality (NPS score)
- Communications
- Comms calendar on-time execution
- Comms performance (open rate CTR or response)
- Marketing visibility
- Partner visibility output (collected/posted)
Required qualifications
- 4 years of relevant experience across
- Operations
- Communications
- Partner support
- Community activations (nice to have)
- Skills
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Strong planning and execution skills (nice to have: experience in Slack and Monday)
- Working style
- Highly structured and pro-active: anticipates issues and resolves them as much as possible
- Independent self-starter comfortable working remotely with accountability
- Reliable and responsible able to manage deadlines and multiple project
