About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist to support a short-term CRM clean-up project. This is a hands-on detail-oriented role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running work independently and deliver accurate results within a tight timeframe. The project is expected to run for approximately two weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Review existing Salesforce reports and assess data accuracy
Identify and enter missing data across sales records
Clean up and resolve cancellation entries within Salesforce
Build and configure reporting within Salesforce to meet business needs
Ensure all data is accurate consistent and properly organized upon completion
Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures records and reporting tools
Experience in data cleaning data entry and CRM auditing
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
Preferred Attributes
Previous experience in short-term contract or project-based roles
Proactive communicator who flags issues early
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Fast turnaround without compromising quality
