Job Summary:
üManage a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers ( ADRMs)
üSupervise team of ADRMs
üADRMs will be assigned team of 15-30 existing advisors and not responsible for new advisor recruitment
üDrive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
üDrive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs and Advisors
üDrive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of ADRMs and advisors.
üMeeting the sales plan numbers consistently
üMaintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
üTraining and Development of the team of ADRMs advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
üDrive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
üWork with other functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors
Measures of Success:
üNew Business Premium Sourced
üAdvisor Activation & Productivity month on month
üCross-Sell Conversion
üMeeting Persistency standards
üADRMs meeting standards
üAdhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standards
Requirements
Key Specifications:
Experience: Minimum 510 years in the Life Insurance industry
Team Handling: At least 23 years managing FLS managers
Background: Preferably from an Agency channel
Location: Candidate must have resided in the same city for the past 23 years
Preference: Former employees of Axis Max Life Insurance (AMLI) will be given priority
Additional Details:
