About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Academic Counselors to interact with parents and guide them in selecting suitable learning programs for children aged 616 years.
The role involves engaging with leads explaining program benefits and helping parents make informed decisions about their childs learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with parents and understand their childs learning needs
* Explain program curriculum learning outcomes and benefits
* Conduct counseling sessions via phone or video calls
* Follow up with leads through calls emails and WhatsApp
* Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system
* Work closely with internal teams to support enrollment goals
* Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
Requirements
* Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good presentation and persuasion abilities
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
