Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry for GxP documents and ERP transactions to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate shipping receiving storage staging of materials and the pickup and destruction of hazardous and nonhazardous waste
• Perform periodic inventory counts reconcile discrepancies and maintain optimal material levels across the manufacturing site
• Execute packaging and kitting activities with precise labeling to meet production schedules and courier requirements
• Inspect materials labels and documentation to ensure accuracy completeness and readiness for production and shipment
• Operate radiation detection equipment and warehouse vehicles while adhering to safety environmental and quality standards
• Support crossfunctional initiatives including procedure development training and continuous improvement efforts

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development certification required
• Minimum of two years of experience in warehousing distribution or manufacturing within a regulated industry
• Working knowledge of good manufacturing practice documentation and compliance standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including night shifts in support of a continuous twentyfour hour manufacturing operation
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and computerized inventory or enterprise resource planning systems
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting materials up to sixty pounds in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Desirable Requirements

• Hazardous shipping training
• Associate or bachelors degree in business or a sciencerelated field

The salary for this position is expected to range between $85400 and $158600 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like but not limited to relevant skills andexperience and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the publishedsalary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of therole eligibility to be considered for annual equity -based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health life anddisability benefits a 401(k) with company contribution and match and a variety of other benefits. Inaddition employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation personal daysholidays and other leaves.
