Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent specializing in Individual Life & Health policies. This role involves building meaningful relationships with clients and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients assessing their life and health insurance needs.
• Educate clients on available individual life and health insurance products providing expert advice on policy options benefits and coverage.
• Develop and present personalized insurance plans aligned with clients financial goals budget and risk tolerance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies regulations industry trends and market competition to deliver relevant solutions.
• Assist clients with the application process while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience for new policies.
• Conduct periodic client reviews to assess their current insurance coverage and suggest modifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for policy-related questions claims processes and other concerns.
• Engage in community events networking opportunities and other forums to build brand awareness and foster business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Insurance Producer license (Life Accident & Health).
• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of individual life and health insurance products policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills to build trust with a diverse client base.
• Goal-oriented mindset with effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related technology tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field preferred.
