Senior Research Manager
Job Summary
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and fosters positive ongoing relationships with key contacts (decision-makers) within the client portfolio.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key clients products services strategy and competitive market and participates in business discussions beyond projects to build and grow Ipsos credibility and business with the client.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and application of Ipsos solutions including competitive marketplace offerings to identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Leads end-to-end execution of regional/global projects from design to delivery presenting compelling insights to clients in a way that evokes confidence and expertise
- Proactively works with cross-functional department managers to continuously improve processes and ensure their understanding and expectations of current and future client needs.
- Contributes to and actively manages assigned revenue and profit margin.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 7 years of strong qualitative market research experience with a good application of knowledge; experience managing qualitative studies in Asia is required and global experience is a plus.
- Solid experience in qualitative project design tools and techniques.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Experience in selling research projects and capabilities.
- Ideally experienced in relevant categories or sectors.
