Position Summary
We are seeking a goal-oriented proactive and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience front office operations and clinic growth. If youre passionate about health and wellness love helping people and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely organized manner
Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
Support the clinics sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
Maintain a clean organized front desk and clinic environment
Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
Social Media/Marketing Activities: Create reels/videos post content to FB and IG design flyers capture patient testimonials etc.
Qualifications
College degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
Strong phone computer and multitasking skills
Energetic motivated and confident in a goal-driven environment
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Schedule
This role requires availability week days and weekends with with occasional travel between Crofton/Gambrills and Annapolis.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary: $18-$20 per hourdepending on experience
- Bonus potential
- 2--3day workweek and weekends
