Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical
Location: Atlanta GA
Type: Contract
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical for an exciting Travel or Local job in Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to medical-surgical patients
- Manage spinal neuro trauma and surgical cases
- Care for patients with gunshot injuries quadriplegia and paraplegia
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Document patient care in EPIC
- Collaborate with healthcare team and support nurse handoffs
- Ensure patient safety and follow clinical protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg or related experience
- Active RN license (GA or compact)
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- EPIC experience required
- Flexible with assigned shifts (no block scheduling)
