Acquisition Professional (SR-3)

Salary Range: $120000-$140000 depending on experience.
What You Will Do:

The Acquisition Professional Supports Program Managers in the identification and collection of Minimum Acquisition and schedule pre-acquisition market research and document findingsDraft market surveys and analyze results. Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies plans methods procedures and systems of acquisition management. Write Award Fee Plans documenting the customers strategies to incentivize performance. Assist the customer in providing oversight and compliance review of acquisition documentation at all levels of preparation.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• Advice to customer on acquisition / solicitation / award strategy
• Development / refinement of acquisition strategy including drafting documentation management tracking of status organizing meetings
• Requirements phase gathering and documentation including management and integration of contract requirements from multiple sources solicitation drafting / administration / strategy
• Administration: tracking documenting correspondence and questions from prospective vendors support for industry day activities
• Source selection administration: organizing proposal review process administration of scoring proposal review documentation management etc.

• Three (3) years minimum experience writing pre-solicitation documents in compliance with the customer policies
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in acquisition management contracting or contract management is required
• In lieu of a degree DAWIA Level II in any focus area and anadditionalthree (3) years ofdirectly relatedexperience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be lieu of certification anadditionalthree (3) years ofdirectly relatedexperience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
