Location: The Learning Experience Gainesville VA
Pay: $16$20 per hour
Schedule: Afternoon Shift MondayFriday
- Support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children
- Assist with afternoon routines playground supervision and dismissal transitions
- Help maintain a clean and organized learning environment
- Provide ratio coverage as needed across classrooms
- Communicate professionally with families during pickup times
- Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership
- Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience required
- Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
- Reliable and flexible with afternoon scheduling
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
