Our client a cutting edge well-funded start up is looking for a one-of-a-kind Executive Assistant who can juggle a multifaceted role of event planning scheduling and coordinating for their Chief Revenue Officer.
This individual will possess a high level of business acumen and have the ability to function as a business partner.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer (Mat Leave 6 months)

The City: Austin TX (Hybrid)

The Company: a well-funded tech start-up

The Money: $45 - $55/hour

The Ideal Candidate: A background in tech and experience supporting a sales leader or team

The day-to-day:

  • Effectively manage the executives calendar and prioritize their schedule.
  • Coordinate all travel accommodations and maintain regular expense reports.
  • Professionally and confidently interface with high-level clients and Partners.
  • Take ownership of email and communicate accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless offsite events.
