Position Description: Our Oakland office is currently seeking a creative Senior BIM Specialist with a passion for structures construction and learning. This position is responsible for delivering BIM projects to meet client requirements project goals and Degenkolb quality standards. We provide focused technical development within a highly supportive team environment.
Ideal Candidate:Were looking for someone with proven abilities in managing document production planning and execution as well as strong skills in Revit modeling including working with existing structures. The ideal candidate should also be able to lead large-scale BIM projects adapt quickly to new BIM tools and workflows and actively contribute to the evolution of BIM processes. This person should be resourceful self-directed and capable of navigating unique project challenges while making sound decisions with minimal oversight. A passion for continued professional growth is also highly valued.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position generally ranges between$99000 and $120000 per range is a good faith estimate pursuant to pay transparency laws. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors including company geographic differentials education level and candidate qualifications.
