Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager

Location: Nassau County NY
Work Schedule: Full-Time Hybrid Flexibility
Compensation: $60000-$% new business commission

Our client a rapidly growing national insurance brokerageis seeking a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to join their expanding Nassau County office. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and issue Certificates of Insurance in a timely manner

• Handle endorsement and policy change requests

• Submit loss run requests and manage follow-up communications

• Assist in preparing insurance recommendations and summaries

• Maintain and update client records within Applied EPIC

• Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail especially in Excel

• Support Account Managers on standard personal lines accounts

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience in a PersonalLines insurance agency

• Exposure to large accounts particularly personal risks is highly preferred

• Proficiency in Applied EPIC and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational skills and a team-player attitude

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service

• Active P&C license is a plus
