Job Summary
Summary:
The HR Generalist supports a wide range of human resources activities including recruiting employee experience HR operations and compliance. This role partners with employees and managers to address day-to-day HR needs while contributing to key initiatives such as onboarding performance management and process improvements. It offers broad exposure across HR functions and serves as a foundation for growth within the field.
Essential Functions:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Help coordinate interviews screen candidates and support the hiring process end-to-end
- Learn how to identify talent and partner with hiring managers
Employee Experience
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Be a go-to resource for employee questions on benefits policies and processes
HR Operations
- Maintain HR data reports and organizational information
- Support monthly reporting and tracking of key HR metrics
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Work on projects like improving HR processes updating policies or exploring new tools
- Research and bring ideas on how we can make HR more efficient and employee-friendly
Performance & Rewards Support
- Help coordinate performance review cycles and bonus processes
General HR Exposure
- Get involved in real employee situations learning how HR supports both people and the business
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related area.
- Minimum of three years experience.
- Strong communication analytical abilities organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications Microsoft Office.
Salary Range - $70000 - $80000
