Job Type: Full-Time (Monday Friday)

Shifts Available:

9:00 AM (Picking)

4:00 PM Dock (Loading)

Overview:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in both picking and dock/loading functions. This role is responsible for accurately pulling orders preparing shipments and loading trucks to ensure timely and efficient distribution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to safety accuracy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking

Accurately pick and pull products based on order requirements

Verify items for correct quantity and quality before staging

Organize and stage orders for shipment

Assist with inventory control cycle counts and stock replenishment

Maintain a clean and organized picking area

Dock / Loading

Load and secure products onto trucks safely and efficiently

Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely departures

Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed

Maintain dock organization and follow all safety procedures

General Warehouse Duties:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments

Maintain accurate inventory records

Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous warehouse experience preferred (picking packing or loading)

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must pass a drug screening

Valid drivers license preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and move up to 100 lbs. with assistance

Frequent standing walking bending stooping and reaching

Ability to work in a warehouse environment under varying conditions
