Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations treatments and patient outcomes accurately
Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and recovery plans
Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapy license (Georgia or eligibility)
BLS certification preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Outpatient experience preferred
