Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document evaluations treatments and patient outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and recovery plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapy license (Georgia or eligibility)
- BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Outpatient experience preferred
