What this position entails

TheManager StrategicAllianceshas the exciting opportunity tolead and scale ourpartnerrelationships across the organization. This roleâis responsible forâdefining partner strategyâestablishingâgovernanceâandâoperatingâstandards and ensuring that strategic relationships drive product innovation growth and strong financial outcomes.â

In thishighly cross-functional role you willbe a player/coachworkingclosely with Product Legal Sales and Relationship Management teams to prioritize initiatives manage performance mitigate risk and ensure alignment with companyâobjectives. You will also serve as an executive point of contact for key partners.â

What you will be doing

Partner Strategy & Governanceâ

  • Define and evolve the companys third-party and strategic partner strategy standards and governance frameworks
  • Establish clear operating models decision rights and accountability for partner relationships
  • Ensure partnerships align with long-term business strategy and product roadmaps

      Portfolio Prioritization & Executionâ

      • Prioritize and oversee third-party initiatives acrossâIrixâCurv and Emerging Markets
      • Balance near-term business needs with long-term strategic value
      • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution of prioritized initiatives

          Performance Management & Risk Mitigationâ

          • Own partner performance management including KPIs scorecards reviews and improvement plans
          • Negotiate contracts with partners including pricing terms and service-level agreements to achieve favorable outcomes and mitigate risk
          • Lead escalation management for underperforming or high-risk partnersProactivelyâidentifyâand mitigate operational financial and reputational risks

                Financial & Contractual Alignmentâ

                • Ensure strong financial discipline across partner relationships including margin awareness and value realization
                • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with commercial risk and financialâobjectives
                • Monitor partner economics and recommend actions toâoptimizeâoutcomes

                    Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

                    • Serve as the executive point of contact for critical partners
                    • Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partner leaders
                    • Represent partner strategy and performance in executive and leadership forums

                        What we need

                        • Bachelors degreeâpreferred
                        • 7 years of experience building and managing strategic partnershipsacross relationship management business development or related rolesideally within SaaS or technology-enabled platformsâ
                        • Experience managing complex partner ecosystems across multiple business lines or productsâ
                        • Previouspeople management experience

                                • Financial acumen with an understanding of margins and partner economicsâ

                                • Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teamswithout relying on direct authority

                                • Sound judgment and a track record of solving complex problems while proactively identifying and managing risk

                                Location

                                The expected application deadline for this job is May 18 2026. This position is open to remote work.Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings conferences and team events (up to 30%)

                                Compensation

                                The overall salary range for this role is $117500 - $222985. For candidatesresidingin:

                                • Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York CityPennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia the range is $135125 - $222985.
                                • All other states the range is $117500 - $193900.

                                A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.â
