We are looking for a proactive and collaborativePeople Experience Advisorto join our team and help take our HR operations and people strategy to the next level in Poland.
How you will contribute
- Managing HR processesfor a specific group of employees and independently performing related tasks in compliance with legal regulations and corporate policies in alignment with functional and local objectives.
- Providing ongoing coachingon the operating model while promoting and supporting a self-service culture among both managers and employees.
- Taking operational and administrative ownershipof personnel administration and filing: ensuring complete documentation for audits managing personnel file structure access rights and archiving while ensuring compliance with data retention and privacy policies.
- Acting as the primary owner and executorof Employee Centre knowledge (HR data base): managing content governance compliance oversight and ensuring alignment across different entities.
- Benefits administration:processing registrations de-registrations and changes based on eligibility and resolving cases with external vendors.
- Leading digitization and automation projects:optimizing existing and recommending further developments to drive the self-service model forward.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Broad generalist HR experienceacross a range of employee groups and seniority levels (minimum 3 years of experience in the Polish market).
- University degree(at least Bachelors); additional HR training and certifications are preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Polish labor law.
- English proficiencyat a level allowing for effective collaboration in a professional international environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills(MS Office HRIS systems Workday experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skillsand high professional conduct.
- Proven successoperating in complex matrix organizations within commercial environments.
