We are seeking a highly strategic and business-savvy Paid Media & Booth Manager to lead our paid traffic acquisition and offline touchpoint initiatives for prescription drugs (in Weight Management). This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics (SEM/Feeds) booth activation and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven rigor with project management excellence to optimize ROI while ensuring brand integrity and adherence to industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

付费媒体策略与执行

Manage media budgets and pacing to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and collaborate closely with the Social Media team to maximize content impact.

管理活动预算与投放节奏与社交媒体运营团队紧密配合最大化内容影响力

2. Booth Activation & Event Management

展台策划与活动管理

Oversee the planning and execution of booths for conferences patient education events etc. ensuring designs align with visual identity and are interactive. Design booth traffic diversion mechanisms to effectively convert offline traffic into online digital assets.

负责会议患者教育活动等展台策划与落地执行确保展台设计符合品牌视觉识别系统并具备互动性设计展台引流机制将线下流量有效转化为线上数字资产

3. Compliance & Business Acumen

合规与商业敏锐度

Navigate strict pharmaceutical advertising regulations to ensure all paid creatives (images/videos/landing pages) pass Medical Legal Compliance and related review.

严格遵守医药广告法规确保所有付费素材图片/视频/落地页通过医学法律和合规等审核

Qualifications

任职要求

5 years in digital marketing or media buying preferably in healthcare/pharmaceuticals or highly regulated industries.

5年以上数字营销或媒介购买经验有医药/ healthcare行业或强监管领域经验者优先

Proven track record in managing large-scale booth activations or offline roadshows.

具备大型展台活动Booth或线下路演的项目管理经验

Familiarity with prescription drug digital business models.

熟悉处方药数字化商业模式.

Result-oriented data-sensitive with a strong sense of accountability and compliance.
