Contracts & Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Remote USAWho We Are Looking ForTheContracts & Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Contract Specialist Supervisor. Additionally the candidate must be a strong team player who values collaboration and is open to diverse You Will Work On:Reviewing and understanding the details of sales contracts governing customer auditing and maintaining customer records and internal data in NetSuite Salesforce and other business provisioning customer accounts in internal systems using details from contracts and with customers and sales teams on contract contract details to sales teams and client support accuracy and resolving discrepancies in accordance with company rules and guidelines using internal system data customer contracts and purchase all relevant documentation accompanies contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies of pertinent assigned duties for the month-end and year-end closeout of all billing and contracts ensuring accuracy compliance and timely You Will Bring:Associates degree in business administration mathematics accounting economics or relevant work organizational track record of meeting analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy including the ability to detect errors and experience strongly preferred especially in environments involving contract management customer data updates or operational workflowsThe salary range for this position is $50000$60000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience skills and internal equity.
