Some of the most powerful care doesnt involve medicine - it involves presence kindness and heart. We are looking for Companion Care Specialist who genuinely enjoy helping others feel supported respected and never alone.

In this role youll provide non-medical care such as homemaking companionship and respite services to individuals with disabilities special needs and older adults-helping them remain safe and comfortable in their homes while giving families peace of mind.

What Youll Do

• Provide warm companionship conversation and emotional support
• Offer respite care to give families and caregivers a break
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry tidying cleaning living spaces)
• Help with meal preparation and light cooking
• Support daily routines and meaningful activities
• Run errands or assist with shopping as assigned
• Observe and report any changes or concerns
• Maintain a safe respectful and supportive environment
• Treat every client with dignity patience and kindness

This is a non-medical role - no hands-on nursing or clinical care required.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a homemaker companion caregiver or respite worker preferred
• Experience working with older adults individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• A caring heart dependable nature and strong communication skills
• Ability to respect client preferences privacy and independence
• Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required to drive for program related business
