The organization has ten healthcare centers and eight Women Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations spread across Indiana offering primary medical dental and behavioral healthcare services to people of all ages who might not have access to quality healthcare due to financial constraints.
The Position: Our client is looking for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient setting. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
$113000 - $120000 Depending on Experience
$20000.00 additional reward and retention bonus opportunity paid in allotments
$2500.00 CME plus 5 days
Guaranteed General Wage Increase by at least 2.5% annually
Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)
Paid license DEA board certifications
Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and company loan repayment program
