Job Summary
GMC Prep School announces an opening for an 8th-gradePE teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Georgia Military College Prep School is a K - 12th grade public independent military college-preparatory school with a mission to develop the intellect and elevate the character of the 850 students we serve.
This position is for a full-time faculty member who will teach 5 sections of 8th Grade PE to approximately 80 students. This position also includes coaching football baseball and/or other after-school activities. The teaching position is full-time with a 10-month (190-day) contract and comes with a state-based salary State Benefits and membership in TRS.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:Acurrent teaching certificate in the state of Georgia or the ability to obtain one within 3 years.
Preferences: Teaching experience in Middle or High School PE/Health
