About the role

As Programme Manager Partner Delivery on Anthropics Global Partnerships & Business Development team youll build and run a partner-delivered package programme from scratch. Youll turn customer needs into productised offerings that partners sell and deliver starting with Activations and own the programme end-to-end from partner recruitment through delivery outcomes.

This is a zero-to-one role. Youll establish the infrastructure the economics and the operational playbook that enables Anthropics partners to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a productised package programme: fixed scope fixed price defined outcomes built for repeatability
• Own the partner-matching engine: translate customer needs into the right package route to the right partner through CRM with clear SLAs and fallback logic
• Manage inbound sales requests end-to-end: triage match brief the partner loop in internal account teams and track delivery to completion
• Recruit and certify a delivery partner bench across tiers and regions
• Define the unit economics: pricing margin structure investment thresholds and revenue attribution
• Build and maintain both the partner-facing delivery kit and internal playbook including intake routing talk-tracks and escalation paths
• Instrument each package against its promised outcomes; double down on what works and cut what doesnt

Minimum qualifications

• Experience running a partner-delivered services or packaged-offering programme at a hyperscaler SaaS company or systems integrator
• Demonstrated ability to productise professional services turning bespoke consulting into repeatable offerings partners can sell and deliver without custom scoping each time
• Experience building or restructuring partner-matching and routing workflows in a CRM
• Experience owning the sales-to-partner handoff and accountability for customer outcomes
• Solid grounding in partner economics: co-investment models margin structures and shared revenue attribution

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working across product marketing sales partner and customer success functions without direct ownership of any single one
• Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for routing and SLA tracking
• Track record of building programmes in ambiguous early-stage environments where the structure didnt exist yet

Logistics

Minimum education: Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience

Required field of study:A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework training or professional experience

Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.
