- 作为专职讲师为合作学校学生维保实习生新员工及其他现有工地人员讲授课程包括教师理论课及实操培训

- 根据员工及实习生的不同技能水平参与并协助设计更新培训课程和相关培训模块内容以满足技能培训要求

- 培训教材及相关材料的开发和更新

- 保证培训质量并持续改进为一线提供合格的学生达到OTA MFA目标要求

资质要求

• 8年以上从事扶梯行业工作经验有奥的斯工作经验者优先考虑具有基本保养调整工作经验具备很强的故障处理及大修能力

• 良好的沟通能力及执行力

• 熟知电梯国家法规及工地安全维保流程

• 熟练使用各办公软件
